Stained Glass Pawprint Magnet

This handmade stained glass pawprint magnet uses all orange streaky glass. It measures roughly 2.5x2.5 inches. Attached to the back is a neodymium magnet strong enough to hold it firmly to any surface * (please read note at bottom). Because magnets are handled frequently, this piece is made using lead free solder, though I still wouldn’t recommend licking it, as it’s made in the same area as my leaded projects.

Because I’m always using different glass, and glass varies slightly between sheets, every stained glass piece is one-of-a-kind. What you see in the picture is what you will receive.

I do my best to exclusively use high quality glass from manufactures like Oceanside, Spectrum, Youghiogheny, Uroboros, Wissmach, Kokomo, and Bullseye. There are some exceptions, though. As an example, most textured clear glass isn’t made anymore, so I can’t fully know where it came from.

 Note: The attached neodymium magnet is more than strong enough to hold this piece up. That said, not all metallic surfaces are strong enough. Unfortunately that’s not something I have control over, as a stronger magnet wouldn’t help. If you’re struggling to get your magnet to stick properly, try placing it on a different surface. For example, if the fridge can’t hold it, try a range hood, dishwasher, whiteboard, metal doorframe etc.
